Hi,
I'm currently a student on my F1 visa( visa expired on Jan 2009 however I have valid I-20). I'm planning to apply for Australian PR and they require a police clearance from the countries that I lived in for more than 12 months. Now that I'm in US since Jan 2007 what is the procedure for me to get the police clearance. Do I have to contact Indian embassy here and the US police dept. Please help me in this regard.
