Hello all,
I am on OPT now(EAD- Jan 09 to Jan 10). I got my H1B approved and it will be active from Oct 1st 09. My sevis shows Sept 30th, 09 as OPT end date due to H1 COS. Position is laid off now and they didnt revoke H1 yet. I want to stay back on my OPT and apply for OPT Extension. Is that possible
?
Shall I ask them to revoke? If so would I rollback to my OPT ?
My H1 although transferable, I guess it would be lot more difficult to do so bcoz of present market situation.
Your advice would be precious to me.
