Urgent!! H1 to F1 COS

please help me if anybody know what content to put in the letter of explanation for changing status from H1b to F1
and also if somebody in US wants to give affidavit of support what should be mentioned in affidavit of support
and is it best way to file change of status through attorney or can i apply myself?

please send me your valuable advice....
