F1 rejection and reapplication rules information needed

Hi All,

My F1 visa has been denied once under section 214(b) -- potential immigrant. I was wondering if I reapply again, and if my visa gets denied for a 2nd time, is there any rule as to I cannot reapply for the next 6 months ????

Also, if it gets denied for a 2nd time, can I reapply for another type of visa like H1 if in case I find a job and the employer agrees to sponsor for my visa???

What is the rule for applying if any type of visa has been rejected 3 times??? Will I not be eligible to apply for 2 years after that???
