How do I know if my J-1 visa had a 2 year home country residence restriction? I know all J-1 visas dont have it. I applied for J-1 in 2003, then in 2005 filed for F-1. This year I would like to apply for a K-1 ( to get married). do I have to stay in my homecountry for 2 years now?
