Need your help ASAP!
Hello,
I am student studying in Dallas at Southern Methodist University doing my undergraduate in accounting. My student visa which is F1 Visa has already expired on May 31,2009. I will going back to my home county - Dubai, United Arab Emirates in December to renew my F1 Visa, however when I go back to the US in Dec end, I would have only one semester left for graduation. I will be doing a masters in science of accounting immediately after my undergraduate degree.
When I go for my interview I intend to take the my current I-20(undergraduate accounting degree) and also a letter from my department admitting me in the masters program.
What are the chances of my visa application being accepted and rejected?
Is there any other alternative that would work better in my situation.
I am very worried.
