f1 student visiting country needs format for the letter from the employer

hi i will really appreciate if someone can tell me the format for the letter from the employer that can be used to trave in opt. i have my ead card and i asked my boss to give me the letter for travel, he is willing to help me but he is asking for the format and i have no idea about it. so if anybody who has traveled in opt can they help me out with one of ur formats i will really appreciate that.

No specific format. Something that says you are employed from XYZ date and will continue to be a wonderful asset to the organization and are required for the success of the project that your team is working on would suffice.
