    Hi,

    My H1B got rejected .
    Applied for I 290 B- Appeal to Commissioner (Decision Pending ..It's been 3 Months)
    I-94 expired on Feb 2009... Am I out of Status??
    I want to apply F2 ( H1 - F2) ( Husband is on F1 Visa)

    Please help me with Valuable suggestions ..
