Urgent please help!!!!! Opt related tension

I am on my 17 month OPT extension which started on 17TH Aug 2009.my 90 days of unemployment is over from Aug 2008 to Nov 2008.

From Aug 2009 to Oct 2009 I worked as unpaid employee. However the 17month extension requires paid employment.

Im worried that am i legally out of status?If so what should I do to come back to a proper status because Iam working as paid employee from November.

Talk to your school International Office to get the record straight in the system. If you started working before the unemployment period ended, you should be fine, all others things met.
