need help for f1 stmping

hi,i had earlier worked in US on H1B.due to some personnel reasons i came bac to india and working in india from last 18 months.Now i want 2 to mba from US university and got I-20 from University of mary hardin Baylor,sagina walley state universities(IELTS 6.0 ,B.tech 67% with 2 backlogs).what are the visa chances?.i have all my tax returns from 2007..please suggest

Is it a good university? Just that I never heard that name. Do they require GMAT? Usually schools not requiring GMAT are considered shady and chances of denial are high, also such schools have no value and are a waste of money.

In general for an F1 visa you need to be able to prove that you have sufficient funds readily available for the studies. Also, you have to show property and family ties to your home country to prove that your are not intending to immigrate to the US.
