how do i transfer my university?

Hi i m ramana from hyderabad, india.
I got my F1 visa stamped for texas a & m university kingsville.
But i got a better admission now in george mason university.
now i want to change my university and wana pursue my MS from george mason university.
How could i do it?
Now my interest is completely in george mason university and i would be glad if someone could let me through this.

If you have I-20 from GMU you can use your current visa and that I20 to enter and start studies at GMU. Name of university on the visa does not matter.

wat about the sevis transfer and all?
wat i heard from a student in tamuk is i should meet I.S.O .(international students officer) of dat uni and then let them transfer my university etc. can that be neglectled?

That applies if you are already studying at TAMU and want to transfer.
Write a mail to GMU's office of internation education, they will explain the best.
