Mother Visiting on B2 and Brother on F1

Hi,

My brother got his F-1 Visa approved.He will be joining the university in Spring. My mother , who is a single parent , wants to pay visit to me.She presently holds B2 visa. They both intend to travel together. I am presently on H1B Visa.

Would it be ok for both mother and brother to come at the same time?Furthermore , would there be any problem or concern at the port of entry, if they are travelling together?

No problem. F1 can enter no more than 30 days before start of classes date on I-20.
