hi guyz,
i used to have h1 visa till mid of 2009. but i canceled it due to some problems with my employer as i was on bench during my time of extension.
right now i am in india. i am applying for f1 visa to do MS in computers.
as i already did Master in india,
the interviewer in the consulate may arise these sort of questions:
y am i going again on f1 visa?
as i already have master's y am i going to do it again?
just a mere guess of these questions.
can you guyz please help me in justifying myself regarding these questions.
also let me know if i get any sort of other questions.
finally,
if i get my f1, i am planning to send my wife for f2 stamping.
can i send her immediately after i get f1. if so what sort of docs do i need to produce. if you guyz have any sort of invitation letter to consulate reg f2 kindly send me.
