Please help,urgent! Entering US when F-1 is about to end, and then H-1b starts?

Hey friends!

I plan come back to us on 19th January, but I'm graduating in Winter so my I-20 expires on 24th January.

I already have my h-1b approved, and I start working on 1st Feb , which is also when my change of status happens.

I do not plan to get my h-1b stamped in India, since it's risky with the 221(g)?

Do you guys believe I will be able to re-enter US on 19th Jan on F-1 status? I am enrolled in just one project work over winter - so is that a full time enrollment?

Please help me, I need to leave in 2 days and have to decide...

Please drop in your 2 cents, it would be helpful...
