I am on H1. My wife is under H4 and she joine for MBA. In order to get all F1 benefits (say, OPD, part-time job offer), we thought of converting her visa from H4 to F1.
I just wanted to know how long that process will take?
Wanted to know, what is the procedure for that?
My GC is in progress, my labour got filed during Sep 2009. at this point of time if we convert her visa to F1, any problem will come?
How much is the conversion fees for H4 to F1?
