Green Card holder wants to study abroad...

I have recently immigrated to the US in the end of 2003 and I am currently attending high school. I want to finish my college in Canada without allowing the federal authorities confiscating my green card.


Is there any solution ?

u can not stay abroad for more than 6 months. However, it's better that you apply for a re-entry permit and explain the situation to uscis.

can a green card holder travel to France?

hi! i am a conditional grean card holder (i came to USA in 2004 with K1 visa, and now i am having the conditional permanent resident card), i dont have american pastport so that i have to use my chinese pastport. i just wonder if i travel to France i need a visa or not? and if i need a visa, is it easy to get it? and how to get it? please help me! thank you very much!
