need help change status to h1 to f1

Hi Im on H1B now it expires on oct'10 wat is process to change my H1B to F1 how long it takes to complete process,wat are the documents i need to change of status , which unviersites providing ?i need complete details!!

Dont waste your hard earned money on a student visa. Change to F1 only if you are getting a full scholarship. Otherwise, return to your home country and join a multi-national company there. There is a good chance that they will send you back on another H1b visa.
