Hello ,

I want some information regarding to apply for the student for USA. My sister is us citizen & apply for me for green card (Blood Relation) before some year ago. Now i would like to apply for the student visa.

So i want to know that , is it valid to apply for me?as i have applied for green card .

Presently i am living in India and never leave India till date,

So kindly give advice for the same.
