Hi,
I am currently on H4 and planning to apply for F1 visa (COS). My current H4 visa is valid till 07-feb-2011.
I just checked the I539 form for COS and noticed that I have to send the original I94 and Original I20 with the application. Now here is my question,
1) Suppose if my COS is rejected then will they return back my original I94?
2) If they don't return it should I go back to India and again enter on H4 visa?
