I need urgent help plzzzz.
One of my close friend completed masters in jan 2009
opt started from march 2009 . In july he commited a felony, and he paid the fine too...he was thinking to join a consultancy ...
But now here comes the problem...
Is he eligible to apply for OPT extension in march 1010 ???
does it get approved???
