I had an F1 visa in 2012. I graduated my program in 2014.
I used initial OPT and STEM OPT.
I left the US before my STEM OPT expired.
My SEVIS record shows auto-complete after the 60 day grace period. But I left before the grace period.
When I apply for F1 visa again for a different program, will they check old SEVIS information?
Will it be a problem if my SEVIS is completed after my return date?
How will they check the return information? Do they keep records somehow?
Also, I have been unemployed for six months during STEM OPT extension. (5 ish months of 17).
Will this be detected during the new F1 visa application if it is not present in my SEVIS record?
