I have applied for H4 to F1 on Feb 2,2018 and on September 5,2018 it was transferred to Nebraska center. It is more than a year now and I did not receive any updates. Is anybody there in the same situation?. Can someone please advice me if I have to travel out of country or just wait until I get update on this transfer. I am going to start my last semester on May.Can I take a break for the next semester and continue after I receive my transfer?. Please help
