Hi all, im a little stressed about an immigration issue and would appreciate some advice!
I am currently on my OPT which expires in June, but I have submitted my adjustment of status application to apply for a greencard through marriage.
It seems like it is taking forever to get the EAD card, and was wondering if the EAD card doesnt arrive before June, does that mean I have to quit my job?
There is this automatic extension of work authorization but it doesn't seem to apply to my current immigration category.
Is there anything I can do?
