i came to the US in 2011 on a student visa. And dropped out of college after 1 semester due to medical issues and never went back to school and voluntarily departed the country in 2015. I had lived in different places (friends, therapists) after I quit school and I never got any legal notice from DHS or any judge. My i94 says DS.
