I am on H4. My husband's h1b extension is still in processing and our visa got expired. Now we are moving back to India next month and my husband is starting new job in India from june . Mean While I have received addmission for integrated M.S+ Ph.D program and college starts in july . I am planning to apply for f1 because seeing the current trend there is no gaurentee that my h1b extension gets approved. I am worried to apply for F1 since we already live in USA for certain years and what my f1 gets rejected for this reason. I can prove the stong connection to my home county since we have no relatives or family live in USA , and my husband also will start working in india soon. Is it a good Idea to apply for f1. Is anyone in the same boat or please share your experiences or suggestions.
