Hello everyone!
If I leave US on OPT-Ext (F1) while have applied for H1 (say in May'10) as COS and then re-enter again on F1 (OPT-Ext) (say in June'10), will I have to leave US again and get my H1 visa stamped (for it to be valid) from my home country before Oct. 1st?
I was told that when I reenter US, my I-94 will be different from the one that I used to apply H1, and that I may have to get it stamped instead of a direct change from F1 to H1 (in case of COS) on October 1st as normally ?
Please help, I plan to get married and this Q is driving me insane
