    Mi wife H1b I got b1/b2 expired can I change status as dependent?

    Hi
    Mi wife will start change her F1 to h1b with a non profit organization, after they approved she can apply to obtain the resident.Can I change my status as my wife dependent if I came with a B1/B2 but is expired long long time ago( 9 years)
