Will visa refusal from one consulate show up in another consulate?

Hi,

I was refused F-1 Visa 3 times in Doha Qatar.

However, currently I'm in Dubai, UAE and would like to apply again for the F-1 visa. Will my earlier refusals from DOHA show up in their system in UAE consulate?

Will it be OK if I hide the fact that I was refused thrice in DOHA?

Please advice.

They will show up at any consulate in the world. You can't try to hide that because they will come to know anyway and you will be in much bigger trouble.
