Hi,
My sis just got accepted in one of the univ in IL and is about to apply for her F1. I live in the same state as she has got admission. The main reason she has accepted the admission is because she has got a Assistantship with full tuition waiver from this univ and this univ has a good computer science program as well.
In the visa application they ask if she has any relatives in US..is it ok if she says no to it.. or she has to tell the truth. I dont want her to visa to get rejected just because of having a relative in the same state.
Any advice and F1 interview experiences will be great. What is the best answer to give when asked
1. Why did she choose this college?
Is it ok to say that because she got assistantship or some other reason would be better??? Just want to know the best answer...
