I am currently on my F1 Visa but graduated from college on 15th May. I have applied for my OPT 2 weeks ago but it still hasn’t come through yet and I heard it can take up to 3 months to come. So as of now I heard I have a 60 day grace period from when I graduated but it my OPT doesn’t come through before the 60 days are up where does that leave me? Am I allowed to stay until it comes through or do I have to leave does anyone know? Thanks
