Hello all,
I have been working with a consultancy for 3 months on OPT. On paper they show me having $50K per annum salary but I get paid hourly since I am on contract. They keep the extra money every month and give me $4K(which becomes $3.5K after tax) They said they will give the extra every 3 months but when 3 months were up they didnt give me and requested for me to take in 4th month since they were low in funds. I agreed and still in 4th month they dont pay me.
Who can I complain to about this? Department of Labor or USCIS?
