Visitor Visa (B2) canceled. What care do I take during my F1 interview scheduled tom?

I got my visitors visa in Jan 2019 and planned to travel in March, 2019 on the same visa. However, i was married and misrepresented my marital status in DS160 of my visitors visa application. What can i do to make it clear to the visa officer that my only intention is to study in the US?
