visa M-1 visa problem :-(

I changed my Flight school(A--->B) in usa.i did it successfully. My visa was of five years & when i enterd United States i got I-94 for 12months....between this period i changed my school...i was with older I-20 (I-20 of school A).i stayed for one yearin Usa and my new school was unable to file an extension because my school A had all rights to do that.so after one year or before two days when my I-94 was about to expire,they ended my I-20 or terminated my I-20.
i need to re-enter united states in order to get new I-20 from school B & to stay legal
(B is the school where now i m enrolled in and flying currently there) .
so i have a question do i need to get new Visa for united states or old one will work...
(i m afraid that bcoz older visa which is of five year was of older school..
visa have a name over it of older school and it also contains Annotation of older school's I-20.
Does this thing matters ??
