got 221g white slip for F1 visa

My interview was on 3rd july 2019 first time for F1 visa.

It's been 5 working days I didn't receive any email .
Vo took my passport and gave 221g white slip and took my bank loan
Letter and my father's bank savings account statement.

When I'm tracking my passport it's showing" still with us emBassy/consulate"
Im worried .can any one help me how will I get to know about my result of approved or not how many days will it take?or is that any alternative way to know what's going on in administrative process?

When it come to administrative process, it can take days, months even year. Just kip praying and be positive. U will be call soonest for the approval. Dat is my prayer for u
