I'm a Korean student living in Canada right now. I'm going to a highschool in Canada now and I'm planning to go to a university in the US after my graduation. All I have right now is Canada's student visa and American Tourist Visa (B-2).
I heard that if I graduate from this highschool in Canada and an American university accept me to enter the university, they will send me the INS I-20 which I can use to obtain an F1 (student) visa.
I have a question here. If I got an I-20 and I had every forms and my passport, could I get an F1 in the US? Or shoud I go back to Korea and go to the US embassy in Korea to get the visa? Is it available to get the visa in the US because I have a B-2 visa already?
Please help me. I hope anyone answer my question. Thanks for reading it.
