Hi I am from India. Married and have 9 month baby. I’m planning to go for phd Fall 2020 and my husband for mba fall 2020. Both of us are separately apply for f1.. Can i take my baby on f1 dependent at the same time of our visit. I have heard that I can apply f1 dependent visa only after I reach there .. please clarify
