F1 Rejected. Please help

My F1 was rejected in Chennai yesterday. Please help/provide inputs on what I would need to do to reapply.

VO: Why do u want to do masters now ?
Me: I feel it's the right time to step into the next level in my career. An education in engineering management will help me grow.
VO: What is the highest level of education u have obtained?
Me: Bachelors in Computer science and engineering.
VO: I see that u have been in US before.
Me: Yes maam.
VO: Oh L1. Ok let me get back.
Steps in for few seconds and returns to seat.
VO: Which Company did u work for ?
Me: YYYY MNC
VO: Who is sponsoring u?
Me: I will be sponsoring myself. I have an educational loan of XX lakh and a personal savings of YY dollars.
VO: Which other universities have u applied?
Me: 3 more. Scu, Sjsu, uop, uod.
VO: Your Visa cannot be approved at this point of time. Try again later.
Handed over 214b letter. Reason is mentioned in the letter.

Please help.

What universities are these? The nature of the universities also tells them about the level of sincerity of a potential applicant for student visa.
