My GF overstayed her visa(not by much 6 months) she plans to go back we went to a lawyer today and the lawyer said that she should go back and start the process all over....she really wants to go to a certain college/university, they may sponsor her I20 if this happens can she still stay ? what will happen to her status i'm so lost and really need help....if it helps she graduated a US highschool (long story too)
