    VIsa Doubt

    Hey ppl

    I would be applying for Student visa (F1) this May, but the problem is that I have F3 category visa file which is the Family visa file against my name and is under processing....

    So will the VO think me as a potential immigrant or how could i explain my case to him in that case..
