Hi all.
I got into a good university for my MS in Comp Sci and my college starts really soon. I had my F1 visa interview (Mumbai Consulate) on Aug 13th.
After the interview my VO told me that my Visa is approved and that I'd be receiving an sms to collect my visa stamped passport in 5-6 working days.
On checking the CEAC website , it showed Administrative Processing (AP) on Aug 13th just half an hour after my interview.
My status date updated on Aug 14 but still showing AP.
No update since then.
Today is day 5 and no update at all.
Feel worse and even more stressful as 2 of my friends received theirs within 2 days.
I booked my flight for 28th Aug and I have to reach theirs by 29th Aug anyhow.
Anyone facing the same scenario?
