Can I Re-enter US if Visa expires after 2 months?

Currently I am on F1-visa and my visa is expiring on July 26, 2010. I have a job in US. I have already got OPT extension of 17 months and my new OPT card will expire on July 11,2011 (next year).

My F1-visa is valid till July 26,2010. If I travel to India and return on May 24,2010 , Can Immigragition officer stop me just because my visa is going to expire after 2 months?

Will I be able to re-enter without any problem if my visa is valid but going to expire after 2 months?
