Need suggestions
Hello,
I recently graduated in May 2019 with MBA from a University in United states. I had applied for OPT and received my EAD card. Before completion of my 90-day OPT period I had to leave the country and return to India due to a family emergency. I couldn’t get a job during my time in States and returned without it. I have informed the DSO in my university about my departure and they have closed my SEVIS records. Even though I have a valid F1 visa till 2022 can I return on the same visa for a course at another institution?
i want to apply for a second masters course, do I have ti apply for a new initial I-20 and restart the entire process from the beginning or can I reactivate my current SEVIS status?
please help me and provide suggestions as to ehat can I do?
do I need to contact USCIS?
