This is my first post so apologies if I have not followed the procedures for posting. The situation is:
My younger brother who was on F1 visa graduated last May (2009) and has been on OPT for a year. He has not been able to get a job due to the job market and now is running out of options. I am currently on H1 Visa and have my Greencard process started.
What are my options so he can continue to live with me in US?
