Medical Test

Hi,

I have applied for this university in US and they said they don't need any medical test or exam from me to make sure I am healthy.
As its an F1 visa do I need to have medical exam done before i go to my visa interview and If so then Can i go get it done from any immigration doctor or i would be notified for medical exam from embassy during my interview?
