F1 Visa Got 221g No Documents asked kept passport
Hello. I will be attending a University in USA as part of visiting student program. I had my interview yesterday (3rd December) here is how it went:-
VO:- Good Morning
Me:- Good Morning
*scanned my passport*
VO:- May I have your I-20.
Me:- Yes *handed I-20*
VO:- Wow full tuition that’s not easy
Then VO mutters and nods her head keeps typing something and click click click (this goes on for 10mins)
VO:- Sorry it’s my computer It’s not working properly
VO goes somewhere and comes back. She hands over 221g form
VO:- I think there is some issue with the computer here is the form your visa shall most probably be approved by afternoon.
she kept my passport with her, no documents asked, only AP checked
I already have pre-booked my flights on December 27th because my classes start at 7 and I have to be there at least a week before. I also have a business trip to Germany on 9th of December and I will be returning on 17th I will need passport for that. Someone please guide me through this. It’s really a nightmare to me I don’t know what to do.
