Illigal Status HELP !!!
Someone I know was in the USA on a student visa issued from the home country in 1988. This person then returned to their home country in 1992; not sure if the visa was then expired, it probable was.
This person applied for another student visa in their home country in 1993 and was issued another visa and returned to the USA and have since been here (USA) and was issued SS # (real One) without restriction.
This person does not have a legal status. What can be done for this person to become of legal status?
