How do I bypass non solicitation policy.

Hi All,

I'm in a serious issue with a desi employer.

I'm working with this company for more than 1 and half years now and I recently received a FTE offer from the client.

The middle vendor does not have any issues with the offer.

But, my employer had me signed a non solicitation or non compete clause which I didn't had any idea about while signing the offer letter.

I want to take that FTE offer. My visa status currently is F-1 CPT.

what are my options????
