F1 Visa Clarification

Sir/Madam,

My friend's daughter (Indian resident) has got admission in a US University for MS course starting from Sept. 2010. She is getting married on April 28, 2010 to an Indian citizen. The University has sent I-20 form in her maiden name. However, when she applies for F1 Visa, she will be married. Kindly let me know what documents will be required for VISA. Also, kindly guide her whether she can get Visa on her passport made in her maiden name? Can Visa be made in her maiden name?

She can apply for visa in her maiden name.

If she wants visa in married name, she will have to get new passport, new I-20 and everything all over again.
