Hi, everybody, I need your help, my case is a little special.
I came to the United States with an M-1visa for the flight training and I am also waiting for my asylum decision. So right now, my training is done, and my I-20 is terminated immediately by my school, but my M-1 visa still valid until 2022. I called USCIS to ask about my situation, they said I'm ok to apply, but my lawyer says no. I'm confused now.
Any help please.
