F2 Visa SEVIS Detail

I'm currently in process of taking a F-2 VISA Appointment Date for myself. While filling out the Appointment details . I came across a personal data tab which required following information:-

STUDENT AND EXCHANGE VISITOR PROGRAM DETAILS
SEVIS Number :-
University Name :-
University Zip Code :-
Principle Applicants Name:-
Principle Applicants Visa Status:-

In this who's SEVIS number do I need to fill.
F1 or F2?
Who becomes the principal applicant here?
Who's information should I put in principal applicant's name?

you will need your SEVIS ID and the address of the school/program at which you intend to study. This information should be on your I-20 or DS-2019 form.

"principal applicant", he/she is the one in possession of the F-1 visa.

The "other" is referred-to as the "dependent person" (you).

I am also filling the DS -160 for F2 visa, can you tell me what you have answer in the column "have you made specific travel plans?"
